English is indispensable today. In a converging world, it connects people across workplaces, communities, and locations. Research has shown that generally, employees are good at what they do. That's why they are hired, trained, retrained, and promoted. Their problems occur when they attempt to communicate their knowledge to others. They have had extensive training and experience in performing their jobs, but very little training in effectively presenting their ideas and communicating with others.
