Four decades of leading the HR function in fine corporate like Zuari Agro Chemicals Ltd, MRF Ltd., Chowgule Industries  and VHAI (NGO) has given Mr. Ninan a  very comprehensive experience as a HR professional. From in depth interventions in Organisation Development, process work using Transactional Analysis, Leadership Development, Assessment Development Centres  to intense IR situations and closing creative settlements, the repertoire has been wide. This enables him to move to the areas of HR Audit in organizations and Executive Coaching especially the HR fraternity. He is also an accredited mediator from Indian Institute of Arbitration and Mediation.
