Sri Sri Institute of Management Studies, Goa presents a Management Development Workshop "A journey beyond the stars- Unleashing your true potential" on March 16 2012
The workshop will cover the following:-
· Understanding one's thinking and behavioral preferences.
· Understanding the traits of successful managers, leaders, academicians and professionals.
· Understanding 48 sure shot tools for personal and professional success.
· Understanding personal motivators, life interests and life sculpting
· Tips and tricks for boosting managerial/teaching effectiveness and result orientation.
The workshop will be extremely interactive with lots of simulation exercises, discussions, audio- video presentations, facilitation, one to one dialogue, case studies, counseling, coaching and mentoring.
Faculty for the workshop:
Prof. Ramaswamy Ganesan is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds Masters Degree in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing. He is presently working as Director of Maharashtra Cosmopolitan Education Society’s Allana Institute of Management Sciences
The workshop will be from 9 am to 5.00 pm with morning breakfast, tea, lunch and afternoon tea. There will be a registration fee of Rs. 500/- per person.
Participants will get a participation certificate. Along with an award for the top two participants who show maximum involvement and learning.
