Sri Sri Institute of Management Studies announces a One day Management Development Programme (MDP), titled ‘Finance for Non Finance Executives’ on the 18th of August 2012 from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
This program will cover topics like Understanding the Macro Economic Factors, Financial Statement Analysis, Sources of Finance, Working Capital Management, Capital Budgeting etc. This program will familiarize and equip participants with simple and easy to use management tools which executives from non finance function can have at their disposal to understand how their action can impact the bottom line of their organization. In a nutshell, the program intends to demystify finance to all its participants.
This program is meant for Executives from various functions like H.R, Operations, Manufacturing, Marketing, Administration and Independent Entrepreneurs who want to understand financial implication of their actions in day to day business.
