The International Centre, Goa (ICG), presents “Creating Positivity Within™”, a 1-day power packed interactive training session by internationally certified Corporate Behavioral Trainer, Motivational Speaker, Management Consultant, and internationally published Author, Mr. Amey Hegde. The session is based on the internationally acclaimed frameworks of Positive Psychology & Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).
About the Creating Positivity Within™ Session:
Increasing positive emotions leads to more open, creative, and flexible thinking processes, enhanced psychological strengths (like being more resilient, and more driven by purpose), better social connections, and better physical health. People imbued with “positivity” are healthier and more productive. They bounce back from adversity more quickly, have better relationships and live longer.
This power packed workshop provides individuals with simple techniques for increasing positivity towards themselves, others & situations and to develop a sense of purpose that gives more meaning to life. This program also helps one to understand what one needs to feel happier and more content in one’s job and life and to maintain one’s motivation even in tough times.

Since this workshop is organized by The International Centre Goa (ICG), as an initiative to promote the welfare of the people of Goa, the session is highly subsidized to Rs. 1000/- per participant inclusive of course material, lunch & refreshments. All participants will be issued ‘Certificate of Participation' by ICG.
