the Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD) is organising a Three day residential training workshop on “MANAGERIAL GRID – A TOOL FOR EFFECTIVE LEADERSHIP” at Hotel Mandovi, Panaji, Goa from 9- 11 February, 2012. The workshop based on the concept propounded by Dr Robert Blake and Dr Jane Mouton, is a very powerful experiential learning exercise to help managers develop competencies to work effectively as a leader and building high performing teams while achieving personal and professional excellence.
Profile of Resource Person:Mr R P Singh has over 27 years experience of Management Teaching, Industrial Training & Consultancy and as HR Professional in Private, MNCs & Public sector Organizations. Mr Singh is a Certified Grid Instructor trained by Dr. Bruce Carlson, President, Grid International, USA. National President of ISTD for 2007-08 , Mr Singh has received many awards including Best Member in 1999 and Fellowship in 2001 by ISTD for his distinguished services in the field of HRD. He has attended / presented papers in National and International seminars including at Asian HRD Congress Jakarta, Indonesia & QL, Malaysia, and IFTDO, Dubai.
